- TAKUAN is dried daikon radish pickled in rice bran and salt, it is fermented food that has been pressed with a stone weight and matured.
- Daikon radish is dried around two weeks under the sunshine in winter. Crunchy texture and UMAMI are increased by drying the daikon radish.
- Our TAKUAN is made by Japanese traditional method that uses dried daikon radish.
- Free from MSG. It is suitable for vegan, vegetarian. No coloring added.
