Durum wheat semolina pasta De Cecco's is the first pasta certified for the distinctive quality of many parameters such as: The selection of the best durum wheat, which guarantees a greater firmness of the pasta whilst cooking; Use of high particle size to preserve the wholeness of the gluten; Kneaded with cold water (under 15C), that assures a sweeter taste and a better firmness during cooking; Slow and low temperature drying (for Spaghetti shape above 18 hours) in order to preserve the natural characteristics of our semolina; Coarse bronze drawing, to give pasta the ideal roughness that makes it adhere perfectly to sauces. - Prepare and Use: Cooking Time: 12 min. For perfect cooking: use 6 litres of water per 500g. Add salt and put in the pasta when the water boils. Stir from time to time. When cooked, drain and season as you please.
