Our Pappardelle are made solely with top quality ingredients and, by virtue of their porous texture, capture dense and full-bodied sauces perfectly to bring out the whole intense flavour of the dish.
Only fresh eggs and top quality flour, no water or additives, extruded through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature.
